Eric DeRosia (Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Michigan) is a marketing professor who has conducted over 200 consumer surveys in industry, academia, and trademark litigation. As an expert witness, Dr. DeRosia has conducted and rebutted consumer surveys regarding trademark infringement. He has also published five research articles about consumer confusion in law reviews and academic marketing journals. His teaching experience includes teaching survey-based marketing research methods to graduate students.
